Q: How will you clean my carpet and what equipment will you use?
A: We use the very latest spray extraction cleaning technology to remove even stubborn dirt and odours from deep within the carpet pile. You can read more about our cleaning process on our method page.
We use advanced technology from Clean Smart including the Airflex Pro cleaning systems. You can rest assured that all of our cleaning products are !00% safe and environmentally friendly.
Q: How long will the carpet take to dry?
A: the amount of time required for the carpet to dry depends on a number of factors, such as the humidity of the house, the exposure to sunlight, the temperature of the home and so forth. Obviously a lesser degree of traffic on the carpet will speed up the drying process. In most cases the carpet will be fully dry in 2 to 6 hours.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We do move furniture within reason. Some larger items that sit flush to the floor are often better left due to the time it takes for the carpet to dry underneath. For liability reasons we do not move china cabinets, entertainment systems, pianos or other valuable belongings.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we carry full public liability cover.

Q: Why should I clean my carpets?
A: Invisible to the eye, dirty carpets are populated by microscopic organisms such as dust mites which cause allergies, disease producing bacteria, foul and unpleasant odours and contaminants which are not conductive to good health. If optimum health is your concern then a clean environment in which you live and work should be a top priority.
Q: How often should my carpets be cleaned?
A: All major carpet manufacturers recommend that carpets be cleaned at regular times in order to preserve their hygienic quality and apperance. Clearly the frequency of cleaning depends on a number of factors including the presence of pets, if shoes are worn inside or not and the number of inhabitants of the house or office space .
Q: Which stains can be removed by carpet cleaning?
A: There are a great variety of stains that can damage your carpet. These include wine, food, mud, grease, ink and animal stains. It is therefore very difficult to give generalisations of how effective our efforts would be to remove stains thoroughly. We will however not give up until we are assured that we have made our best effort to clean your carpet thoroughly and leave it stain free.
