We provide professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, plus optional stain protection and sanitiser applications – all at competitive rates with no hidden extras or VAT.

We operate a standard minimum service charge of £120 per job (this is not an additional fee – it’s simply the lowest amount we charge to cover our costs and make small jobs viable), with guide prices based on standard sizes and always tailored to your exact needs for the best value.

Our professional cleaning method

We use a proven 7-stage spray extraction cleaning method with industry-leading equipment from Cleansmart and our team is fully trained and qualified by Alltec.

Starting with thorough vacuuming using a high filtration vacuum, we pre-treat difficult stains, apply an eco-friendly pre-spray solution and agitate to loosen dirt, then perform high-pressure hot water extraction with a powerful double vacuum to remove dirt, bacteria, and moisture – leaving carpets fresh and clean.

Eco-friendly products safe for family and pets are used throughout, and we leave slip-on over shoes for the short drying time. Optional Asgard stain protection can be added as a 8th stage for extra durability

We offer tailored, low-disruption cleaning services for businesses, offices, landlords, and local letting agents – including 24-hour emergency options and end-of-tenancy refreshes.

       After trying three other local carpet cleaning companies, that didn’t bother to respond I tried Ed at PrimoKleen. Right from the start, Ed was professional and came straight back to me, booking a timely appointment for me. We had a particularly nasty acrylic paint stain on one of our carpets that Ed has removed beautifully. I am so happy. He then cleaned our stairs and landing and two downstairs rooms. They are spotless and look like brand new carpets. Ed is meticulous, tidy and professional. I can’t thank him enough for the job he’s done, don’t hesitate in calling Ed.

     Adding to all the other 5 Star reviews, had our Bedrooms, landing and stairs carpeting cleaned at the end of our tenancy and Ed and his team did a fantastic job. There were a few marks we thought might be a challenge but apparently not for them. As an added note, Ed is a real professional and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

     had an excellent experience with Ed! He was super friendly and incredibly thorough with his work. My carpets feel amazing, and my sofa looks even better than I expected. He managed to remove stains that I thought were impossible to get out—something I struggled with myself. Ed was also very easygoing and flexible, especially with my two kids around.      The best money we have ever spent. We moved house and was a bit anxious we’d need new carpet and Ed and his team were incredibly professional, and the carpet was spotless. Will definitely use again for upholstery and so glad they were so brilliant. Highly recommend.

     Ed was very friendly, great with timing and honest. He warned me before I accepted the booking that he might not be able to remove the stain in the carpet, and even when arriving he said again he would try his best but couldn't guarantee anything. But luckily he managed to remove the stain and the carpet looked clean and refreshed. Would highly recommend!
