Mattress cleaning
Our professional mattress cleaning service uses hot-water extraction to lift away everyday soiling, stains, and odours, leaving your mattress fresher and more hygienic to sleep on. Guide prices are below, with an optional sanitisation treatment available if needed.

Stain protection
Asgard by NJØRD Chemicals is our specialist stain protection treatment, applied after cleaning to help carpets and upholstery stay cleaner for longer. Using advanced ceramic nano technology, it forms an invisible hydrophobic barrier around each fibre, causing liquids like wine, drinks, and food spills to bead on the surface rather than soak in — giving you time to blot them away before they become a stain. It’s WoolSafe approved and suitable for both natural and synthetic fibres, without affecting the fabric’s natural look, feel, or breathability. We charge half the price of the initial cleaning subtotal to apply the protector.
Microsan application (Prochem biocidal sanitiser)
Professional application of Prochem Microsan effectively eliminates bacteria (including MRSA), viruses (including Coronavirus), and odours from carpets, upholstery, and hard floors.
Is this for you? Sanitisation is worth adding if you have pets at home (or have previously), you’re moving into a property with an unknown carpet history, you’re expecting or have a new baby, someone in the household has recently been unwell, or you simply want extra peace of mind. If in doubt, just ask — we’re happy to advise.
Microsan is independently certified as effective against a wide range of bacteria and viruses. Because it can’t be combined with our standard pre-spray products, the way it’s applied — and priced — depends on how soiled your carpets currently are:
- Lightly soiled carpets that require sanitisation: Microsan is used in place of our standard pre-spray as part of a single clean-and-extract process, done in one visit. This adds a flat £50 to the price of your clean (or £15 per room).
- Heavily soiled carpets that require sanitisation: this is carried out over two visits, on separate days, to avoid oversaturating the carpet with two extraction passes in one session:
- Visit 1 — Deep clean: your full standard clean, as normal.
- Visit 2 — Sanitisation (once carpets are fully dry): we return to apply Microsan, let it dwell, then re-extract. No stain removal or agitation needed this time, so it’s a quicker visit.
- Visit 1 — Deep clean: your full standard clean, as normal.
As this involves two full callouts, heavily soiled jobs requiring sanitisation are priced at double your initial clean quote. We’re always happy to assess photos or view the carpets in person to confirm which applies before booking.

Booking & cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows on the day will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted job value, with a minimum charge of £60.
Our equipment requires access to safe, functional electrical outlets to operate. If a job cannot proceed due to faulty or worn domestic sockets, a minimum call-out fee will apply.
