Rug cleaning
Our professional rug cleaning service handles everyday rugs with care using hot-water extraction. Pricing varies based on size, material, condition, and any additional needs—always subject to a free consultation and quote.
Stain protection
Fluroseal Stain protection is an optional extra that can be applied after cleaning. We charge half the price of the initial cleaning subtotal to apply the protector.
Microsan application (Prochem biocidal sanitiser)
Professional application of Prochem Microsan – Effectively eliminates bacteria (including MRSA), Viruses (including Coronavirus, and odours on carpets, upholstery and hard floors. ideal for high traffic homes households with pets or a post illness refresh £35 extra per job or £15 per room
We operate a standard minimum service charge of £120 per job. This is not an additional fee – it’s simply the lowest amount we charge to cover our costs and make small jobs viable. No VAT (sole trader)

Booking & cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows on the day will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted job value, with a minimum charge of £60. Thank you for your understanding — this allows us to manage our schedule fairly for all customers.
