That’s why we’ve partnered with NJØRD Chemicals, a UK-manufactured range designed specifically for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. Every product is chosen to be effective on even the toughest stains and odours, while remaining safe for family homes and pets. Below, you’ll find the full range we bring with us on every job — from the first pre-treatment spray through to the final protective finish.

Pre-treatment

Draugr is our WoolSafe-certified enzyme pre-spray, formulated to be gentle enough for delicate wool carpets and upholstery while still breaking down everyday soiling effectively. Where a stronger alkaline pre-spray might be too aggressive for certain wool fibres, Draugr’s enzyme action works more gradually, making it our go-to choice whenever wool is involved.

Njordhammer is our high-strength alkaline cleaner, working as a pre-spray, spotter, and rinse in one. We reach for it on wool carpets that are more heavily soiled than usual and need extra cleaning power beyond our standard wool treatment, as well as on synthetic carpets with everyday soiling that doesn’t call for our heaviest-duty pre-spray. Used correctly at professional strength, it remains wool-safe while still being effective on tougher, more demanding jobs.

Njordfire is our heaviest-duty pre-spray, reserved for synthetic carpets and restoration-level work rather than wool. Its high alkaline strength goes beyond even Njordhammer, making it the product we bring out for the toughest jobs — black top, traffic lanes, ground-in soiling, and stubborn commercial-grade dirt that a standard pre-spray simply won’t shift. Because of that strength, it’s used on synthetic fibres only; wool carpets are always treated with Draugr or Njordhammer instead.

Valhalla is our citrus-solvent pre-spray, used specifically on upholstery and fine fabrics. Unlike our alkaline pre-sprays, Valhalla works at a neutral pH, making it ideal for grease, oil, and carbon-based staining without any risk to delicate or reactive fibres. It rinses completely clean, leaving no residue behind and no effect on existing stain-guard treatments, and finishes with a genuinely pleasant citrus fragrance rather than a harsh chemical smell.

Extraction & rinse

Harmony is our acidic rinse, used as the final step after every pre-spray we carry — Draugr, Njordhammer, Njordfire, or Valhalla — to neutralise any residue and restore the carpet’s natural pH balance. It’s WoolSafe-certified, safe across both synthetic and wool fibres, and infused with Dominus deodoriser for a pleasant, long-lasting fragrance.

Spot & stain removal

Njordbreaker is our biodegradable solvent spotter, used for the removal of oil, grease, and adhesive-based stains — including gum, tar, and paint transfer. It’s virtually odourless in use, yet still highly effective at lifting even the toughest stains.

Dreadnjord is our targeted urine stain and odour remover, used on carpets, upholstery, and mattresses. Its oxidising formula breaks down urine at a molecular level rather than simply masking the smell, and it’s equally effective on other stubborn organic and mineral staining such as red wine and rust. Used at the correct dilution, it remains safe on wool as well as synthetic fibres

Odour control

Greed is our go-to deodoriser, and we apply it as a finishing mist, sprayed once the clean is complete for a fresh, premium fragrance rather than a generic ‘clean carpet’ smell. Its scent profile of pineapple, bergamot, juniper, and patchouli gives a genuinely long-lasting, high-end finish, and it neutralises odours at the source rather than masking them

Njordcide is our heavy-duty odour eliminator, used directly on severe or deeply embedded smells that a standard deodoriser can’t fully resolve — situations like mould and mildew, or long-standing pet contamination. It’s applied neat, straight onto the affected area or fogged into the space, and works independently of our other cleaning products rather than being mixed into a rinse tank. It delivers permanent odour neutralisation rather than gradually working over time, and can even reactivate if the area gets damp again, giving lasting protection against odours returning

Stain Protection

Asgard is our specialist stain protection treatment, applied after cleaning to help carpets and upholstery stay cleaner for longer. Using advanced ceramic nano technology, it forms an invisible hydrophobic barrier around each fibre, causing liquids like wine, drinks, and food spills to bead on the surface rather than soak in — giving you time to blot them away before they become a stain. It’s WoolSafe approved and suitable for both natural and synthetic fibres, without affecting the fabric’s natural look, feel, or breathability.
